DETAILING TIP OF THE WEEK #3 - Always use lubricant or Smartdetail spray to clay, because soap will break down or deteroate the clay. When using lubricant or Smartdetail it will prolong clay life by conditioning the clay.

Hmmm I gotta look into that. What about that SwirlX stuff from Meguiar's? Seems like it could do the same thing. I have a lot of swirls and stuff on my hood as it is and it says it could repair that.

TIP OF THE WEEK:
NEVER USE ABRASIVE POLISH TO DETAIL CHROME WHEELS, IT WILL DULL OUT CHROME OR REMOVE CHROME FINISH.

next tip is a maybe a lil of a common sense but not to many...

NEVER DRY ON HIGH HEAT YOUR MF TOWELS, OTHERWISE YOU WILL RUIN THE FIBER CAUSING IT TO CREATE SWIRLS ON YOUR PAINT, YOU WANT TO SET YOUR DRYER TO DELICATE OR JUST AIR DRY.

Detailing tip of the week: reason why a microfiber towel has two sides is because one side its for applying a product and the other to buff the product off. that's why always be picky about the towels you buy and what you use them for...
